“Through Khidma: A Glimpse of Nūr” brings together volunteers and leaders from across generations to reflect, learn, and strengthen our shared commitment to serving with excellence.

This year’s sessions will feature insights from the IV Leadership Survey, discussions on Leadership in Practice, Safeguarding and SEND Awareness, and Climate Responsibility and Sustainability — all focused on empowering our IV leaders with the tools and values needed to lead with compassion and purpose.
