Volunteers Management System FAQ

These guidelines are framed to update and contemporise the IV structure in a manner that respects
the Jamat’s legacy, spirit, and tradition of voluntary service, provides
consistency and clarity, and strengthens the operational capacity of the IV
organisation worldwide.

The VMS is an online learning system that provides volunteers with required training, orientation materials, and skill-building courses.

All registered Ismaili Volunteers (IV) who have an IIUK account.

Click on the Forgot your password link on the login page and follow the instructions to regain access.

Yes, you can still access the platform. Click on “Forgot your details” and enter your registered email address and date of birth of your child. You will receive an email with your login details for your child to login and complete their profile.

You can log in using the same email address and password from iiuk. 
Alternatively, you can access via IIUK.

Yes, the platform is mobile-friendly and can be accessed through most modern browsers.

Some courses are mandatory depending on your volunteer role, while others are optional for skill development.

Yes. Your progress is saved automatically for each module, so you can continue from where you stopped. However, if you exit a module before completing it, you will need to restart that module.

The system automatically tracks course progress, completion status, and assessment results.

Some courses include quizzes or assessments to ensure understanding of the material.

Yes. Additional features such as live training sessions, advanced courses, and role-specific learning paths may be added in future updates.

You can retake the assessment depending on the course rules.
